I would suggest that you go for second opinion. If things are bad, it can go worse before you even know it.
If your dentist has the experience of dealing with dental implants, then it might be nothing to worry about. However, you might ask him to be clear why it was done this way!
A lot of things need to be considered before getting a set of new implants. So its better to have a talk with your dentist before proceeding with the idea.

Removing an implant and getting another one in its place would cause some problems, so it is not a good option in this particular case. So the best thing you can do is get the crown, because you don’t have much option. But before you do that, have a detailed discussion with your dentist about what exactly is causing the problem.
