Why should someone choose you over the competition?

Where do most of your patients hear about your clinic?
Most of our patients come to us by referrals.
What procedures do you typically recommend and perform?
We customize the treatment to each patient. We perform full mouth restorations, all on 4, all on 6, bone grafts, bridges, single implants and more, depending on the patients need.
What type of implants does your clinic use?
We only use internationally recognized brands including Zimmer, Pi-Branemark, Nobel and Alpha Bio, among others.
Please give me a summary of the steps in the process of getting an implant at your clinic.
1-Initial Assesment. This includes a clinical assessment and the review of any relevant medical and dental history. For international patients, this can be done virtually. Based on the initial assessment we provide an estimated treatment plan and quote.
2-Dental X-rays and treatment/quote confirmation. The patient gets a prescription for an Xray/3D Scan. Once the Xray is done we can confirm the treatment plan and quote.
3-Treatment/quote acceptance and surgery scheduling.
Quick description of the surgical procedure at your clinic.
This is an ambulatory procedure taking 1 to 4 hours depending on number of implants. For less than 4 implants, local anesthesia is used. For more than 4 implants, IV sedation will be administered. Once the surgery is complete the patient is allowed the proper time to recover. Once ready, the patient will be provided the post surgical instructions and sent home, until the next day when he will have his post-op/ check-up appointment.
How much do your procedures cost?
As a reference, a dental implant is 1290 USD including restoration (abutment and crowns).
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash and credit Card.
How many appointments are required to get one or two implants?
Although some cases allow for a single stage process, usually dental Implants are a 2 stage procedure. The first stage (or surgical stage) is a 2 day process that involves the actual implant placement and the placement of a temporary crown. The second stage (or restoration stage) takes place 4 to 6 months later, once the implant has completely healed, and involves the final restoration of the implant.
How long is the healing time?
It is normal for a patient to experience some swelling and discomfort up to 72 hours after surgery.
What do advise your patients to do if they have a problem with their implant?
Our Success Rate is above 95%, however if the patient follows all the recommendations and there is still an issue with the implant we will replace it at no cost.
We have offices in Bogota and Cali (Colombia). We work Mondays through Fridays, 8 am to 6 pm.
