Dr. Wyne was born in Washington, D.C. and was raised in Poolesville, M.D. He finished his undergraduate education at Lehigh University in Pennsylvania with a degree in Chemistry and is a graduate of the University of Maryland Dental School in Baltimore. Dr. Wyne is a member of the Maryland State Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, and the American Dental Association.

What services do you offer?

We perform a multitude of dental services and provide excellent customer service. Some of our highlighted items are implants, braces, invisalign, veneers, night guards, and whitening gel trays.

How many dental implant procedures have you done?

Completed over 300 implants in the last 4 years with 99% success rate.

What type of implants does your clinic use?

We have used multiple brands of dental implants but our three most used are Straumann, Nobel Biocare, and Biomet.

Summary of the steps in the procedure?

Prior to getting an implant, we bring in the patient for a consultation where we get information from previous exams, reports, x-rays and other medical history. We then have a discussion with the patient, find out their wants and needs, then make a recommendation based on that conversation and medical reports.

After a patient arrives, they check-in to make sure the paperwork is correct. We bring the patient back one more time to review the x-rays and walk them through our process.

If a tooth needs to be removed, that will be completed first and may require an additional meeting. We then complete potential grafting to get the bone to transition the old with the new.

How much do your procedures cost?

Services can range pretty greatly depending on the number of teeth that need to be replaced. $2000-$8000 is a pretty common range but can go up to $25,000 or more depending on the procedures that are taking place.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards and insurances. Financing may be available.

How long is the healing time?

Typically an initial evaluation visit and the surgical visit. A 3rd may be required for unusual circumstances. Major pain will subside at most in a few days but overall, healing will take 4-6 months.

What do advise your patients to do if they have a problem with their implant?

Contact us so we can schedule an emergency visit to get you back in to fix the problem. We don’t offer any guarantees but we honor our work and respect our patients very highly.
